In the event of long delays, cancellations not communicated in advance, overbooking and denied boarding etc., a passenger can file a complaint by sending a formal written request by mail to the Carrier's registered address Tirana Business Park, Building 07, 3rd floor, Rinas road, 1039, Tirana-Albania, enclosing the boarding pass and booking confirmation, to allow the Carrier to perform the necessary checks in relation to the original causes of the disservice. 
Any compensation due to the passenger for long delays or cancellations not communicated in advance, for overbooking or for denied boarding is pre-determined and set by EU Regulation 261/2004 and, therefore, subject to the aforementioned checks, set compensation shall be awarded as per the law.
