Passengers must arrive at the airport in time for the check-in operations, before the departure of the flight.
For all Albawings scheduled flights the check-in desk opens anyway 2 hours before the scheduled departure and closes 45 minutes before departure. In addition, the passenger must be at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight.
It is not possible to check-in for more than one flight at a time (through check-in).
No check-in shall be made at the boarding gate.
If the passenger arrives over the time limit above, the Company reserves the right to cancel the seat booked for the passenger and no refund shall be due in this case. It is recommended to check-in and arrive at the boarding gate in advance.
The day of the scheduled departure, the passenger must be present at check-in with a valid identity document and any other documents required by the legislation of the countries of destination in order to enter into their territory. 
It is the passenger's responsibility to make sure to have a valid identity document and any further requirements or documents required by customs and immigration. Penalties, fines, costs or expenses arising from the absence of such requirements or valid documents shall be borne by passengers. 
Passengers are requested to contact the immigration authorities of the country of destination for any questions before booking the ticket. Should the documents shown by the passenger not be valid, or if the passenger's name on the reservation does not match the one on the passport, the company shall refuse boarding and such passenger shall not be entitled to any refund.
